Systems and Network Engineer (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Support and operation of administrative applications
• Support and operation of network, client, server, data center, and IT security infrastructure
• Independent execution of projects
• Ensuring continuous and, where necessary, high-availability operations through further development and adaptation.
• Fault analysis, root cause investigation, and development of strategies for service improvement
• Implementation and point of contact for 2nd-level support
• Coordinating external service providers
• Ensuring the necessary technical documentation
• Technical implementation of New IT Systems
• Technical migration of existing IT systems
• Purchasing processes
• Training of IT specialists
• Supporting the company’s departments with application support

Profile

• Required experience 4 years in administration of Microsoft Windows Systems
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Willingness to learn new topics
• Willingness to take the initiative
• Experience to coordinate colleagues or external suppliers
• English C1
• Mandatory technical experience: Active Directory User Management and Group Policies, Windows 11,Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager & inTune, Office 365 Apps, Onedrive, Microsoft Teams,Powershell
• Optional technical experience: EntraID, Sharepoint, Exchange Online, CITRIX, Mobile Device Management (Mobile Iron & inTune)
