Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Tasks

  • Analysis and optimization of global procurement and logistics processes.
  • Development and implementation of measures for digitalization and efficiency improvement.
  • Further development of KPIs & dashboards within the business intelligence landscape
  • Collaboration in global projects and change processes.
  • Identifying, documenting, and analyzing existing business processes to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements in order to develop proposed solutions based on them.
  • Developing solution concepts that address the identified problems and optimize process performance, taking into account efficiency, costs, and strategic goals.
  • Using data analytics to derive informed recommendations and support decision-making processes.
  • Supporting the implementation of changes, including project management activities, training, and organizational adjustments.
  • Clear and effective communication with all parties involved to ensure that goals and requirements are understood and solutions are successfully implemented.
  • Monitoring the rollout during all rollout steps, such as preparation, pilot phase, training, etc., until the success is celebrated.
  • Monitoring the implemented changes, measuring performance indicators, and making continuous adjustments to ensure long-term effectiveness.

Profile

  • Completed degree (business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, or similar).
  • Strong affinity for data analysis to generate business-relevant decision-making bases.
  • Ideally, initial experience as a business analyst or in supply chain management.
  • Strong interest in working with BI and ERP tools (SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel, etc.).
  • Project management experience and strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Very good English, basic German skills are an advantage.
