Our Company management focuses on building sustainable leadership by developing capable and resilient leaders at all levels which foster a culture of accountability, where clear expectations, ownership, and continuous improvement drive long-term success.
Define and promote ethical leadership and behavior
Business ethics is guided by laws but BOS goes beyond those by defining within its own code of conduct what is considered appropriate business policies and practices, which includes such topics as corporate governance, bribery, discrimination, corporate social responsibility, and much more and this provides a basic guideline that everyone in our business must follow.

As an environmentally conscious company, the BOS Group has introduced an environmental management system & policy to protect the environment in which we live and work.

A responsible, traceable, and low-emission supply chain
To ensure that sustainable practices are implemented throughout our supply chain, BOS has implemented the Supplier Code of Conduct, which serves as a guide for our suppliers to implement sustainable measures and best practices.
Our Focus – Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions
- In 2025: 100% use of renewable electricity at all BOS locations
- In 2030: 70% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to 2018 levels
- In 2035: BOS Group aims to be climate-neutral
- In 2039: Entire supply chain climate-neutral
