IT Helpdesk Specialist (part-time) (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Providing first-line IT support to employees
• Receiving and handling support requests (ticketing system, phone), including their classification and resolution
• Independently resolving day-to-day technical issues
• Escalating more complex cases to second-line support (internal or external)
• Managing user accounts, devices, and access permissions
• Administering IT systems, applications, and internal tools
• Installing and configuring approved software
• Monitoring recurring incidents and escalating them when needed
• Keeping IT documentation up to date and suggesting improvements
• Participating in IT projects and migrations, with a focus on the helpdesk area

Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
• Solid general knowledge of IT, including both hardware and software (installation, configuration, and support)
• Ability to work independently, with a structured and well-organized approach
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A responsible and reliable work ethic
