RISE – Leadership Development Program
The RISE Leadership Development Program is an international development program for emerging and experienced leaders at BOS. It was designed in collaboration with our partner to specifically prepare leaders for the challenges of tomorrow.
RISE stands for four key competencies that define modern leadership:
Resilience – Leaders learn to navigate change with confidence, maintain stability, and see challenges as opportunities.
Innovation – Creative thinking and the courage to explore new paths drive progress and future readiness.
Strategy – Strategic thinking and foresight enable leaders to shape sustainable success.
Empowerment – Through trust and responsibility, teams are strengthened and encouraged to take initiative.
The program combines in-person and online training, peer learning, application-based sessions, and practical insights from experienced leaders. Its goal is to strengthen leadership roles, develop teams, and contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Training? YEP!
Our Young Excellence Program (YEP!) is aimed at young talents at BOS who stand out through dedication and outstanding performance. Over the course of two years, participants take part in hands-on trainings, seminars, and networking events, receive personal mentoring, and expand their international network.
They take on more responsibility, work on key projects, and enhance both their expertise and personal skills. The goal is to support young professionals under the age of 35 who are flexible, passionate about their field, and act proactively. In doing so, they play a key role in the future development and growth of the BOS Group.
